We checked in late and were told we get three breakfasts, wrong. Morning staff could not figure out why were not charged for breakfast. Then the shuttle service broke for us.

Staff was so amazing. They went above and beyond offering to have my relative who passed away (reason i was there) things sent home to me. Just really made me feel better.
