Not a freaking thing
We checked in late and were told we get three breakfasts, wrong. Morning staff could not figure out why were not charged for breakfast. Then the shuttle service broke for us.
The property was clean, there was plenty of parking and the staff was incredible! They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for a wonderful stay.
I had a negotiated rate with Priceline that was not honored by the hotel and my stay was cancelled. I have been trying to get a remedy from Nooking.com and keep running into roadblocks.
Staff was so amazing. They went above and beyond offering to have my relative who passed away (reason i was there) things sent home to me. Just really made me feel better.
Nothing, our reservation was cancelled without us being told.
